You’ll be assigned a personal property manager that will oversee every aspect of your home including rent collection, maintenance, legal notices, rental tax returns, and so much more! Our flat-rate fees save you money and allow you to get the most out of your investment.
We'll handle all the communication with Residents, Vendors, and Home Warranties. On Q PM will also supply you with recommended feature improvements that may help make your property more marketable. Our team will bid for projects, but you are never required to use us for maintenance or improvements.
Legal notices are a vital part of management. That means sending notices, constables, and representing you if need be. Our teams will also ensure that the tenants are in compliance with City Codes. Everyone living in the property will be on the lease and violations from the City or HOA are dealt with immedately.
All the accounting documentation you'll need, from statements to taxes, we got you covered. Our accounting department will share detailed reports with you every month, so you know what is happening with every dollar of your investment.
We make it easy for your tenants to pay rent, then we process the funds and deposit the money into an account of your choice. Rents are always due on or before the 1st of each month. Payments will be made via ACH deposits no later than the 15th of the month. You'll never be left wondering where your money is or when it's coming.
Our owner portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can log in anytime to view work orders, marketing updates, monthly financial reports, and more. Manage communication with your property manager, approve or decline maintenance requests, and verify financial statements, all at the click of a button.
